>>21978623An old training buddy wayyy back in the day gave me a recipe for Nigerian grilled fish with a suya sauce (sp?), it was surprisingly good. Pic doesn't do it justice, it tasted WAY better than it looked. It's basically a whole tilapia cleaned, scaled & gutted, then stuffed with lemon, onion & herbs, seasoned then broiled with a pepper sauce, I forget which type of pepper though.
