Jack Links, gotta have Jack Links

For me, it's old trapper. Not looking for a pic.
>>
>I eat shit and think it's super ironic to post about it on a cooking board!
>I'm gonna make a thread next where I abbreviate a food name down to one syllable beginning with an apostrophe, then another one about McDonald's! It's GREAT being a retard!

Fucking horrid, the silica gel packet is probably more nutritious than the beef leavings doused in nitrites
>>
Jerky is one of the few things you're better off getting online. Someone in one of these threads recommended me some after my favorite kind of jerky was discontinued and I fuckin' loved it, finished a pound in under 2 days.

Disgusting. There's no meat in it at all. You're paying a high price to eat slop and poison
>>
>>21978874
I like Tillamook okay but really don't have another zero sugar beef jerky to compare it to.

I had just started getting into a little beef jerky phase but the prices took a jump the past few weeks. Gonna have to see that half pounder for less than 10 smackers

I like to give my dogs jack links jerky as a treat every once in awhile

bbq bacon flavored beef jerky changed my life. I had the same reaction as when homer ate the ribwich.
>>
Overpriced as shit. The links are good. But they're fucking expensive. I remember craving some Jack links. And the nearest thing was a vending machine. A small package of six jack links costed me $7
>>

tastes fucking terrible
how do people eat those

I like Drake's Meats, but its local-ish, so I don't know any other good types.

this but unironically
>>
I’m vegan. Dried beef is for the worker class. They need lots of condensed proteins to keep them scrubbing and turning the wrench.

Show bussy and tiny clitty <3

Daniel you’re poor as fuck. My mom buys me as much jerky as I want. I got a bag right now I’ve been eating through from the bulk section.
>>
I don't care what they say, I'm not refrigerating it when I'm done eating
>>
>>21979650
Why would you refrigerate the bag?
>>
>>21979371
My dog loved beef jerky.
I tried to pass other stuff off as the real thing but those always got an unexcited sniff.
Didn't stop her from eating the other stuff but still.
>>

I make my own and my cat goes crazy for the stuff

Beef jerky is terrible for dogs. The sodium and nitrate levels can cause problems from water retention and obesity to bladder damage to heart attacks.
>>
Beef jerky is perfect for when you’re sipping suds and a little hungry but don’t feel like getting up you can just put a pinch in your cheek and crack open another beer
>>

You're supposed to refrigerate beef jerky after opening it. They say it on the bag. I'm still not gonna do it though
