This is one of the best things I've learned to make. They say it's for steak, but I don't eat much red meat, so I mostly use it for seafood like salmon and shrimp, and it's the best flavoring I've found for them. Also good on potatoes, beans, and any grains.>parsley, olive oil, dried oregano, red wine vinegar (or lemon juice, white wine vinegar), garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, and some form of chili peppers (either dried chili flakes or finely chopped aji peppers when my chili plant is producing)It's such a blast of flavors. Herbal, savory, sour, sweet, peppery, fruity, rich, with some chili heat.Anyone else a fan? What do you use it for?
>>21980913>What do you use it for?Smearing on your mum
>>21980913>Herbal, savory, sour, sweet, peppery, fruity, rich, with some chili heat.Sounds like it would be great for cramming
>>21980913I think it's good with lamb.
>>21980913Can you sub the parsley for cilantro? I love cilantro so fuckin much but i dont know many recipes that use it :/
Coriander pesto. It’s just pesto but you replace the basil with coriander.

>>21980913I don’t really like parsley but I like chimichurri a lot
>>21980913yeah chimichurri is amazing, one of my favourite condiments. I mainly use it for pork but it's great on almost anything.
>>21980972>I love cilantro so fuckin much but i dont know many recipes that use it :/my man you need to get into mexican and thai food.
>>21982287I know but thai food seems so difficult to make :( i tried making pad thai a few times but every time it came out weird
>>21982406Just buy some coconut liquid, a jarred paste, citrus of choice, fish sauce and some fresh meat and produce. You can make a banging packet curry with those ingredients.
