This is one of the best things I've learned to make. They say it's for steak, but I don't eat much red meat, so I mostly use it for seafood like salmon and shrimp, and it's the best flavoring I've found for them. Also good on potatoes, beans, and any grains.

>parsley, olive oil, dried oregano, red wine vinegar (or lemon juice, white wine vinegar), garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, and some form of chili peppers (either dried chili flakes or finely chopped aji peppers when my chili plant is producing)
It's such a blast of flavors. Herbal, savory, sour, sweet, peppery, fruity, rich, with some chili heat.

Anyone else a fan? What do you use it for?

Coriander pesto. It’s just pesto but you replace the basil with coriander.

I don’t really like parsley but I like chimichurri a lot

yeah chimichurri is amazing, one of my favourite condiments. I mainly use it for pork but it's great on almost anything.

Just buy some coconut liquid, a jarred paste, citrus of choice, fish sauce and some fresh meat and produce.
You can make a banging packet curry with those ingredients.
