I never cared to read any books except for a few relating to health, since I thought those ones would be useful to me. I tried that once with the least tainted berries I could get at Walmart. They were still sprayed with some kind of pesticide. Eating proper moldy berries will allegedly help with detoxifying from heavy metals, presumably through biosorption. Aajonus Vonderplanitz recommended it to people who were vaccinated at any point in their life due to the mercury and aluminum in vaccines. According to him it can be dangerous if you eat too many moldy berries. For most people he only recommended 3 moldy berries a week. Some can handle more. If you eat too many, a high quantity of heavy metals could be forced out of your tissues & into your bloodstream in a short period of time, which could very easily do more harm than good. The same thing can happen with the drugs & herbs other people use to try detoxifying themselves from heavy metals. Now is a good time to start eating moldy berries.

Honest question here about steak in general, is it normal that I never liked steak? It seems so boring and 1 note flavour and texture wise. Everyones so hype about steak >omg steak its so good And yes, I love meat beef, pork, chicken, love that shit. I know how to cook a steak, and I eat it medium rare the few times I've tried it, I've even had a steak at a very good restaurant that made excellent fillet steak. Still was boring to eat.
