Some Indian restaurants here this a "bachelor meal"Most Indian men don't know how to cook, it's kind of sad. I guess Indian cooking is complicated for beginners
>>21983922In my experience they can cook, they just don’t cook Indian food as it’ll take way too much time for too little food compared to a simple pasta or soup. The time/amount ratio for Indian cuisine skews heavily to being inefficient unless you have extra hands to help, and their dishes work far better when it’s the family helping with the prep instead of a single college bachelor(ette).
