Earlier when i was out, i had a pizza with ham and cheesy chips at Wetherspoons, walked around for a bit and then I went to Subway and ordered a large sub and I'm home and played some games but I'm still hungry, I feel like ordering takeaway to my food from McDonalds.I know I shouldn't eat at McDonalds but I've become addicted to there chicken nuggets to the point that 3 days in a row before tonight, I ordered takeaway from there 3 times and I'm still hungry and on both those days, i still ate spaghetti but I end up still hungry. It's annoying because I'm ending up spending loads of money on just food and I can't help it but want to order more.
Mcdonald's is tasty but incredibly unsatisfying. I ate 40 chicken nuggets, with a couple large fries, and while I was full, I still wanted to eat more mcdonalds. Recently I did the same after years of not eating McDonald's and I had a very strange feeling in my dick and balls. Haven't eaten it again since. I wouldn't waste money on fast food, I know frozen nuggets are not as good, but they fill you better and are cheaper.
>>21985208You're eating too many foods that digest quickly and don't keep you satiated. Try potatoes, not french fries or chips but actual boiled potatoes with spices and sauce, or actual chunks of beef and cabbage and complex grains. Don't overdo it on fatty sauces, use spices.
Have you tried the Hot Mustard sauce for the nuggets? That one is underrated, I love it.

>>21985208>I'm still hungryIt is possible that you're just burning a lot of calories. If you're a 6 foot tall man and work blue collar job, it's not that crazy to burn 4000+ calories a day. I doubt that though, I suspect that you're just a food addict.
>>21985208try this, 2 double mcchickens 2 large fries 40 nuggies 2 vanilla shakes and a coke zero
10 Mcnuggers with honey (not the honey mustard, the actual packets of 100% pure honey) is a god-tier snack. It’s crispy, salty, savory and sweet but not overly so. It’s also fun to pair one of the oldest, most natural foods in human history with an information age lab-created frankenfood monstrosity. But I agree it’s not an efficient meal replacement with satiating calories.

I once ate 50 wendy's chicken nuggets in one night. It was delicious in the moment but the next day I felt like shit in a way I had never felt before.
>>21985217It could be that or it could also be that OP doesn't digest starch well. At least that was my problem. I don't get any energy from starch and then I just want to keep eating all the time and never feel really satisfied even with a full stomach.
