I was looking for a nice oil to start using for cooking on stainless steel and I saw some dude who fuckin swears by algae oil but the only other places I see it mentioned are basically ads. the other contender seems to be Avocado oil.

That guy is a retard who swears by algae oil because it "has the highest smoke point of any oil" but then he cooks everything on an electric stove on medium. Just use avocado like everyone else.
