I plan procure a large amount of instant noodles and cook myself large pots of soup. What are some asian-adjacent recipes I can use for a similiar flavor profile?
I've been eating a dangerous amount of this type of stuff lately and decided to stop cause it's probably poison (at least the spice packets).

The main issue is the amount of sodium. That's why stomach cancer is common in Korea, because Koreans eat a lot of salty foods.
Look into cream/dairy based sauces.
