>>

Hapened last night

>alone at the gym
>16-18 yo skinny-fat comes in
>nods to me
>goes to do upper pulley with 30kg and seems to be in pain
>tries to hide it with a bad poker face
>after couple of minutes goes to a different machine
>goes throught all the machines like it was some kind if amusement park
>I_have_seen_enough.exe
>ask "Are you sure you know what’s up?"
>The skinny fat gazes at me and tries to stutter something
>"Beg Pardon??"
<"What do you me..?"
>carefully place the hand weights on the ground and start power walking towards him
>"If you’re just starting out and learning it’s better to have the weights set to as little as possible, or even no weight for body movement alone?"
>He returns to various machines at a much lower weight setting
> seen him couple times ever since
>gym culture saved
Do you have similar experiences? Still feel really proud, I can just imagine the kid having hurt himself or feeling like it was hopeless and just giving up.
>>
No, my KitchenAid™ Professional 5 Plus handles that for me.

i just knead it enough to make sure everything is mixed thoroughly but i find that slow rising doughs work better which don't require more kneading than that
>>
barely
>>
>>21989651
No. I mix it a bit and let it rest for 15-20m, then give it a few folds. Same effect, 10% of the effort and mess.

No I can live without it

No, in fact, I think it's a huge waste of time. I don't see the reason to do this when you could just let it ferment for 24 hours.

As far as pragmatic minimalism, No-Knead is King
>floured work surface
Waste of flour
Incorporates raw unfermented flour into dough
one more thing to clean
>kneading 200 times
hand and wrist discomfort
wasted dough on hands
more cleaning
inefficient unnecessary effort
>>> I mix and shape my dough with gentle folding techniques
ALL IN ONE BOWL
cleaning is minimal and a breeze
Knead if you want, but its completely unnecessary.

Yes I do, its a good workout. I now know why im so attracted to the guys at my local bakery. Im gay btw.
>>
I hate kneaders
