I made a mess on my mom's new glass top stove. Is it safe to use a little Bar Keepers Friend to clean this up, or.... what am I supposed to use??
Post picBecause the answer is maybe. It depends on if you’re in danger of scrubbing off other things on the stove
>>21990172Get boiling water and pour it on the stove top
Urine contains a cleansing compound called "cleenitall". Pee on the stove and scrub it down with the soft side of the sponge as to not scratch it.

>>21990172Read the instructions on the package. You could test it out on a small, inconspicuous corner like the box recommends. I'm pretty sure their liquid formulation should be fine on glass, but, again, read the instructions on the package.
>>21990172stoves can have a little barkeeper's friend
>>21990172Yui doesn't cook or clean or know things.
>>21990172
>>21990172Who is this anime?
>>21990172bro, your soap and water?
>>21990314boku no pico
bkf is pretty abrasive, would not use it on glass because it can scratch things up
>>21990172the glass will scratch if you use that.just use dish soap, water, and a sponge or washrag.
>>21990314It's called Bible Black. Don't listen to the troll saying Boku no Pico, he's trying to get you to watch some sick shit
Barkeeper's Friend is super abrasive and will basically surface whatever you use it on... Which means glass, plastics will all be heavily pitted and scratched. I would never use this shit on something I owned but I have definitely destroyed many apartment tubs with it.
>>21990314K-on!
>>21990172Ui, Mugi, or Mio are more likely to know about Barkeeper's friend than Yui. Yui doesn't do the cooking or the cleaning, just the eating. Mugi probably has the servants do the cleaning and Mio isn't seen cooking much, so I'd say Ui should be the one finding elation in seeing Barkeeper's Friend mentioned.Just giving the glass top a rub down with clorox wipes shgould get it all up, unless you really burned that shit in there good.
>>21990172I use this stuff and I think it helps.>>21990581Seconding this, Ui is your girl here.Potentially Sawako as well, partially from age and I can see her having actually worked as a bartender to get through uni.
>>21990589Yes Sawako seems like she has her life together so she likely cooks and cleans like a responsible adult. You don't see her eating instant ramen and maligning that she can't cook or find a husband like a lot of characters in her position in anime.
>>21990623>like a lot of characters in her position in animeNo need to name names.
>>21990634it's okay. i will cook and clean for her.
>>21990581Oh yeah? Then explain why she's a kawaii meido.
>>21990172Don't use bar keepers friend. You're gonna scuff the shit out of the finish.Use a razor blade to scrape anything stuck on off. Make sure it's a fresh one. And don't use a bench scraper or any other tool because it'll scratch the surface.
>>21990761Cause her clothes got wet in the rain and she borrowed the maid outdit from the theater club.Yui is not a real maid.
>>21990761Yui is the ditzy sort of maid, part of her charm is that she makes the messes. Mio would be a maid with more technical knowhow about cleaning products in my mind.>>21990779Got a real one here.
