What the hell even is this? Who uses this stuff?

>>21991532what do you use it for?
>>21991446It's a flavour enhancer
>>21991552does caramel color enhance flavour? i thought it just made things brown
>>21991547You use it when you make a sauce that looks kind of tan/pink--sort of barf coloured--thus, unappetizing. This can happen with creme-based sauces made from a red meat fond. So you darken it with a few drops of browning sauce. The "seasoning" in the name is lame, probably just some salt & preservatives for shelf life.
>>21991561It's a super concentrated savory flavoring. Try it as directed, but only a drop or two.
>>21991446It's just another variant of the soy sauce/worchestire/maggi type sauce
It's just to make shit like gravy darker and richer. Like if you are cooking at home and this your recipes are more simple, you're not going to waste time making a dark thick double reduction beef bone stock gravy. You're going to just add roux to pan drippings or whatever and use gravy browning to bring it to something more useable.
>>21991547making gravies and soups darker. it is basically the same stuff that colors cola.
>>21991446I like feeling the ribs on the neck of the bottle in my ass slide in and out. Idk how the brown sauce tastes probably some store brand garbage but the bottle I can say is fantastic.
