I've been cooking a lot for over a year and I'm kind of tired of spending time in the kitchen trying something new all the time.
Bonus for high protein

>raw tofu
I have eaten raw tofu many times while travelling through Italy on holiday it's not too bad if you eat it with a loaf of bread for calories.
If you mush the tofu into a paste it makes it easier to eat a whole block for breakfast

Airfried carrot pieces, with greek yogurt. Especially with seasoning, the carrots balance out the mild flavor of the yogurt nicely. Bonus points for temperature contrast, if the carrots are still hot.

I always recommend just doing some healthy meal prep meals. Like a egg breakfast burrito or wrap.

I usually make some overnight oats recipes when I know I am in a hurry in the morning.
You can find multiple recipes of them on Youtube. These are my 2 favorites

Chocolate peanut:
- 50g Oats
- 10g Cocoa
- 13g PB2 (peanut powder)
- 15g Chocolate Casein powder
- 150g Greek Yoghurt 0%
- 100g Water
Mix this all together and then in the morning add banana slices and Walnuts that you lightly crush to them.
Toppings:
- 20g walnuts
- 1 banana

Apple Pie:
50g oats
150g greek yogurt
15g Vanilla casein protein powder
50g milk
50g apple sauce 0%
1 apple
7g butter
2g sugar
10g chia seeds
0.5g cinnamon
salt

Slice the apple in cubes and bake them with the butter. Add then when they are a bit soft the sugar till they caramelize. Also roast your oats a bit till they have a sort of nutty smell.
Then just mix and add all the ingredients together. Don't forget to add a pinch of salt. Helps with the flavor.
