I really enjoy the lighter stuff, but it's a delicate taste that can be overpowered if not paired properly.

But yeah, a bit of vanilla ice cream with some extra light syrup is perfect.

I, personally, find the darker syrups generally a bit cloying in how sweet/maple forward they are.
