Crisscross slashes into the skin, cook in a pan on low flame skin-side down until the fat is rendered and skin is crisp then up the heat, season the meat-side, flip and cook to desired doneness (after collecting the grease, of course).But in the oven? Nah, bruh. Can't cook a duck to save my life.
