I used to drink a can of coke everyday growing up. Loved it, would have drank more if I could. A few ago I had a realization that I actually had no clue what flavour coca-cola actually is. Beside the 34 grams of sugar, I couldn't figure out why I wanted to drink it. So I stopped. Any answers for what coke taste like? Another question is, do people call it coke in your neck of the woods?

Remember the Coca in Coca-Cola comes from the Coca leaf, the same plant from which cocaine is extracted. What you are tasting is the subtle coca flavoring that they still put into the soda

>>21996211it's coca AND kola
>>21996211>emember the Coca in Coca-Cola comes from the Coca leafand the Cola comes from the kola nut, although I'm not sure if they actually use the nut anymore, apparently they use a mix of chemicals to achieve a similar taste.anyway the main flavours are citrus, vanilla, and cinnamon. but then stuff like coca, kola, and other trace flavourings they use make it unique.
