Any tips or recipes for rich flavory soup broth? I love to eat veggies in soup first and then dip bread into broth but I am a loser who cannot make it taste good.

I found beef ribs give the most flavor to stock, duck bits also give it noticeable depth (very fatty tho). Dried porcini are worth it too.
