I personally love chicken thighs. However, I was finding that I was having troublesome bowel movement issues. Like semi diarrhea and such. Normally would have the Chicken thigh(skin on) and brown rice with corn or something. However, after swapping to ground beef with everything else the same, my bowel movements are much more comfortable and I don't feel sick stomach wise frequently. I was using pretty lean ground beef. Is there something with the fat content of chicken thighs that are fucking me over? I just feel so much better after eating like 1 cup of ground beef with the rice and corn or string beans etc.
>>21998516you don't need to eat meat all the timeI don't eat meat at all.I get some animal protein from whey isolate only.
>>21998516Possibly. I've gotten diarrhea from eating a lot of fatty meat and the drippings. I think it's the type of fat that is just harder to digest. I don't really have an issue consuming larger amounts of eggs/dairy. I think plant fats may be easier to digest but I'm not positive how they affect me yet.
>>21998519post bicep>if you can find one
>>21998516>meat on riceis that all you people know how to cook?
>>21998516>Were chicken thighs making me sick?no.
Grow the fuck up and just eat it. Allergies, IBS, all that shit is retarded BS made up by faggots
>>21998545What else would I cook? I meal prep. So it seems straight forward to do.>>21998667too based.
>>21998516It’s possible, does any other piece of chicken give the same issue? Did they come pumped with a weird saline solution?
>>219985161 chicken thigh and 90% lean ground beef for ~100g serving is basically the same amount of fat, like 10g, so quantity doesn't seem like the issue. I've never heard of any sort of bowel issues due to chicken vs beef fat, but I see no reason to discard this idea.If you really want to test this out, you could try to steam a single thigh in a little water to render out the liquid, refrigerate the liquid so the fat floats to the top of the gelatin broth. Since you already eat corn, try to saute the corn in the chicken fat and some seasoning, and don't eat anything else around that time. If you get bowel issues, the you know the chicken fat is the issue. You could also test out a different brand of chicken, and a different type or brand of ground beef. Maybe that chicken brand is really bad to you, dunno. Do post update if you figure it out, I'd be interested
>>21998667I've become allergic to dairy. it is very real, unfortunately. I get crazy eczema behind my ears if I consume dairy for some reason.
>>21998516you probably crosscontaminated something and didn't realise.
