i just tried this shit for the first time and alls i gotta say is: "why?"it's not unpalatable but it's not good at all, why does it show up on so many otherwise perfectly great and normal things like loaded baked potatoes, nachos, quesadillas, chipotle bowls,etc... who asked for this shit? what does it add?

I mix sour cream with salsa for my fajitas. I don't like it for anything else.
You can just replace sour cream with greek yogurt and it’s almost exactly identical. As long as it’s the thick tangy greek yogurt and not some fake sugary thin brand
sour cream is my favorite food. I put that shit on everything. also love kefir and yogurt.
