Personally I usually drink skim milk or juice with most of my meals. Exception is coffee with pastries and cake.
Drinking milk with meals is pretty old school. I always like cola with chinese food otherwise pretty much anything is fine.
I drink plain hibiscus tea with most of my meals.
>>22001303> SkimWhy To answer your question, I pair my drinks with my meal kind of autistically. If my pairing of choice isn't available just water.
>>22001672Superb taste.I always have a pitcher of iced tea in the fridge, lasts 2-3 weeks. Hibiscus has been my favorite.
>>22001694I drink a pitcher every day. Somehow I got the notion that it would satisfy my coca-cola addiction and it did. I assume that it is adequate substitute for water, but I don't have a clue. It's just a flower in boiled water so that tells me yes, but coffee is beans in boiled water, so that makes me think no.

>>22001685Can you post some example pairings?

>>22001863A lot of them are pretty obvious, I'm just particular and want water or what really *goes*.Most of the time at home I don't drink anything with my meal because I didn't plan ahead. Either milk after I'm done eating or water at some point > Indian foodIPAs or mango lassi, the lassi especially if it's real spicy and not white people spicy> Japanese and ChineseHot green tea or sake>Mexican and stadium foodCorn beers or soda, the beer especially with lime. I'll spring for a margarita if I'm planning to get wasted and eat a lot of nachos and guac> ItalianUsually white wine because I like their lighter foods, but beef and tomato based things go with red wine> Breakfast foodsJuice, preferably OJ. I drink either tea or coffee by itself > Desserts Milk, never skim like OP> Midwest slop foodsAlso milk or sweet tea > Bbq, Southern US food, Cajun/CreoleSweet tea, sometimes soda but I really don't like soda that much> Eastern European foods Dark, malty beers Yummmm that sounds good right now tbdesuThat's my list and I'm sticking to it. Open to suggestions but not likely to change
>>22001874Also Sprite with popcorn hours the spotIDK why
>>22001303milkwater/sparkling waterwhite wine
breakfast: black coffeedinner: decaff coffee with milk
>>22001874>> Eastern European foods >Dark, malty beersEastern European here. Can you give a few specific examples? I can't quite conjure what around here would go with malty beer.
Milk, either Whole or Reduce fat. I do so because its delicious, and it reminds me everyday that I am blessed to be able to drink such great drink without suffering from a catastrophic diarrhea that other poor souls suffers that drink one small cup of milk.
>>22001916I like it with anything that has sauerkraut, cabbage, smokey/roasty meats, potatoes, cheeses I’m not sure if that’s normal but i like itMy American-ass might not be attributing the right foods to the right regions too
>>22002086Aye.
>>22001303Semi skim pint of milk for breakfasts. Ribena for lunch. Fizzy Vimto for dinner. Milkshake with late night instant noodles
>>22002095Why are you calling it skim? Are you fucking gay?
>>22001883I’ll have to try this, thanks!
>>22002090"Aye" I'm ignorant or "aye" malty beers go with those things I listed? Or both I suppose?>>22002573Nice, it's really good.
>>22001303My favorite drink is green tea and I'll have it with cigarettes. When I'm having my meals I guess ginger ale is nice. When I'm having McDonalds I always get a large Coke and a banana milkshake.
>>22001303>I usually drink skim milk
