I'm vibe coding an app that determines the cheapest set of ingredients to hit my macros and micros.so far this is the cheapest it came up with, chicken legs, beans, eggs and milk with a shit ton of spices to make up the micro nutrients. also, are supplements a scam if you can get most micros from spices?
>>22002357cant i just do this all with AI in like 5 seconds with no need to download an app or learn code?
>>22002357nutraloaf
mmm, chicken leg unit. just like mom used to make
>>22002357>spices to make up the micro nutrients.lol, you aren't getting any decent amount of micro nutrients from 5-10g of spices you might add.
>>22002422try it, AI sucks for that because it will give you general answers.
>>22002458and yet, micros are being hit.
>>22002462Any nutrients added by the spices are negligible, but don't worry all the other food items will keep you alive.
if you use spices to hit nutritional targets you're going to get lead poisoning. this is not a joke or an exaggeration.
>>22002357You could make an omelette with eggs, spinach and spices. Then make a chicken stew with carrots, beans, jalapenos and spices. This will be better if you add some tomato. I guess you just drink the milk and whey protein. Maybe add some coffee. If you add some bread or rice this diet could be tasty but it looks like you are doing low carb
>>220025295g of mpst spices is like 2 tsp anon, calm down.
>>22002357>I'm vibe coding an app that determines the cheapest set of ingredients to hit my macros and micros. This nigga is making recipes by linear regression You're going to be told to eat raw rice with cod liver oil
>>22002903Math doesn't lie.
Jalapeno brotein shake
>>22002903cod liver is expensive though, apparently the cheapest meat is chicken legs. (not just cheap in price, but for the protein and fat you get from chicken legs they are the most optimal protein)The list is basically just, chicken legs, beans, jalepenos, carrots, eggs, milk, one spinach leaf and a shit ton of seasonings. It's still a work in progress.
