The meat. It doesn't look very appetizing before you slice and pan fry it though.

Beef & Lamb Meat

1 yellow onion, cut into chunks

4-6 garlic cloves

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground lamb

2 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp salt

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

Preheat oven to 400F. In a food processor, add in your onion and garlic and blend till finely chopped.

Add in ground beef & lamb along with all your seasonings. Blend again and use a spatula to press down the sides until everything is well coated. Place meat in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, and shape into an even 1 1/2 inch thickness. Bake for 35 minutes or until 165F internal. Slice, dice and sear on a hot pan with some of the drippings until golden brown.

Yellow Rice

2 cups Basmati rice

3 cups water or chicken broth

2 tablespoons ghee or unsalted butter

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt to taste

2 bay leaves

In a pan medium heat, melt down some ghee along with turmeric & cumin. Cook for a few minutes then add washed rice. Coat in all that flavor and toast the rice for a few minutes as well. Cook with water & bay leaves in that same pan or add to a ricecooker.

White Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup yogurt

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

Very cool, how long does the sauce normally last? I love that stuff but haven’t made it fresh before

Is that DUDE I spy? The sauce and the rice look nice but the meat, lettuce, and pita look sussy. The worst part is how sloppily you put the bowl together.

Did you just pack a bunch of ground lamb meat into a pan and bake it?

He did.
