Do you keep your leftover bacon fat?
>>
No but I keep leftover ground beef fat. Brown beef, scoop up the fat, filter with a coffee filter, BAM. Obviously don't season the beef beforehand. You can get about 100g without compromising the flavor, and you'll save 900 calories! Or transfer it, really, when you use it for something else.

Yes sir, use it to fry eggs, chicken, pork, steak and veggies. Imagine buying fats when you can get it for free
