I haven't eaten meat in a few weeks. And I just made some pork chops, and I'm about to cum, it tastes so good. I could never be a vegetarian. I feel a sensation of satisfaction that is indescribable. I missed meet so bad. My body needed this. It's like the relief you feel when you finally pee after holding it in for a long time. Multiplied by 10. I didn't even cook the chops well. I forgot to set the temperature down to simmer, so they cooked too fast. But I don't care. The feel of flesh between my teeth is amazing.
>>22006355>meetlmao
>>22006355this post is too lewd
>>22006359Oops. Lol. Guess I got a little too excited there.
Damn, a nice pork chops sounds really good right now. Pork chops are underrated, most people just overcook them
>>22006377I my my experience, you have to cook them for a long time. But at a low temp. Pork goes from raw to tender but under cooked, to hard, then tender again and well cooked. So you have to cook them long enough to reach that second phase. You might be tempted to take them out sooner, which typically results in eating tough chops. But trust in the process, and wait long enough, and they'll get tender again.
>>22006387You can just cook it like a chicken breast (as in, get it to 150 in the middle) and it's good.
>>22006523I don't like the taste of undercooked meat.
>>22006355those are the shittiest cuts of pork there are. you want pork steak.
>>22006355Id rather eat swordfish if I wanted pork.
People who react this way are the same people out don’t know how to season/flavor food. The kind of people who make plain rice and can’t comprehend basic flavoring agents like stock, lemons, herbs, etc. I could rock OPs worth with my culinary delights, but alas he is a faggot and I don’t let those into my life.
>>22007267Look, I'm not shitting on vegetarian dishes. They can taste very good. I eat dishes with no meat all the time. But the feeling I'm describing is like finally getting something you were deprived of for too long. It felt like the first gasp of air after seeing how long I could hold my breath. Also, it's not like I was eating completely veg the whole time. I was eating eggs. But not even eggs fulfilled the same need as meat did.I'm sure your dishes are lovely. But if you never use meat, then eventually, your dishes will never be enough to satisfy me.
>>22006387doesnt have to be a long process. just cut them thicker and brine them. i did pork chops last night and total cook time was like 20 minutes for tender and juicy chops. about 1.5inch thick, seared both sides then finished in the oven in sauce for 15 minutes at 350. ez
>>22006355I haven't eaten meat in a while and it tastes sort of disgusting now so I can't eat more than a bite. Cheers for your enjoyment but I seem to have gone vegeterian.
>>22006355Sometimes I feel bad about it because I want to be a hippy vegan that respects my fellow earth animal. And then I'll go to the grocery store and get some of that deli fried chicken after not having any meat for awhile. I don't think there's anything more satisfying in life than just ripping meat off the bone of a juicy chunk of chicken. Every bite felt like bliss, and my head felt like I was waking up after parts of my brain had just been dormant for a week. Sometimes I want to go vegan for a period just so I can feel that feeling again.
>>22006355I had porkchops recently, too. Kept it simple with a salt dry brine overnight. I'm still getting over the mental hurdle of cooking them at a lower temp. I cooked them to 155f last time.
Meat is the official 4chan food, never forget.
