Does anyone here use a hotdog machine? I'm thinking about getting one.I like hotdogs but realised I don't have an individual hotdog machine taking up space in my kitchen to simplify the entire hotdog preparation process. Just thinking about all the effort I will save makes me feel like an idiot for not already having one. I think I'll put it next to my bread machine (which unfortunately can't make hotdog buns). Is it worth getting an "upper range" model? I'll probably use it once a year. And does anyone know a decent hotdog bun maker?
>>22006405this isnt real
>>22006410It is real, and billions of germans use it
>>22006405I own a pot and have running water and a stove thats my "hotdog machine"
You're having a laugh but those disgusting roller machines you find at the gas station make the best hot dogs as long as they're not left rolling for half the day.
I boil my dogs and love it every time
>>22006446If you’re around Portland I saw a hotdog roller machine pop up for auction on the govdeals site (I didn’t look at the listing to see the condition). I’d bid on the cotton candy machine from the same seller but it looks like it’s been outside :(

what is the BEST way to cook hot dogs?factors:>taste>convenience
one of the many reasons i never want to get married: if i lived with a wife, she'd probably get upset when i randomly buy a hot dog steamer and put it somewhere that clutters up the already cluttered up kitchen or living room space. that's the thing about having a partner, every decision has to be discussed, negotiated. it's annoying. i hated having a gf, why go deeper into that path?
>>22008373what if she was cool with putting your weiners wherever?

>>22006405I used to have one, but it only had one bun spike. The bun spike was the best thing about it, and the only reason I would ever buy one again. I would need one like this that has at least 3 bun spikes because I usually eat 3 dogs at a time. That was the worst thing about the single spike model.
