Put'm in your philly cheesesteak, it'll give you the fizz.

it's good shit. I make a handful of batches a year.
>slice 12 or so jalapenos about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick
>slice half a red onion and half sweet onion
>add 2 tablespoons of salt, shake until everything is coated and wait 24 hours(covered in the fridge)
>bring to a simmer 1 & 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and an equal amount of sugar
>drain peppers and add them to the vinegar
>cook for about 5 mins and remove from liquid
>boil the liquid til its syrup and then pour over peppers til they're submerged
>let cool then into fridge for 24 hours
I've done batches with the pickling spice but it's not as good imo.
