>>22009207aw yeah that's the stuff... looks good. i like to serve it with lime or lemon and some chopped cilantro. i like when the cheese gets melty inside the liquid.
>>22009207Looking real tasty, would slurp
>>22009207>dumping the chips into the soup instead of scoopingyou fucking animal. hell is too good of a place for you.

>>22010058This is literally how tortilla soup is presented.

>>22010082Its a good way to use stale torillas
>>22010064>>22010074try scooping it with a chip retards. it will change your life.
>>22010058>>22010092Wrong, as in every video and every recipe, the tortillas are cut into strips and fried and served on top of the soupEnjoy Hell, infidel Not sure what your trailer park does
the fuck is tortilla soup
>>22011057basically mexican chicken soup. the stuff you put on top is just as important as the actual broth.
>>22011061this looks better than the texmex shit op posted
>>22011061is that some sort of skin or bubble wrap?whats a good recipe? is it like a soupified enchilada?
>>22009207bone apple teeth
>>22011064I forgot to add, I'll stick with this
>>22011043>"YOU MUST FOLLOW! YOU MUST FOLLOW!!!" *punches self in head in autistic rage*
>>22009262>… and some chopped cilantroits called coriander you north american heathen. Learn words
>>22011067it's chicharron (fried pork skin).when i make it i usually use the broth left over from making chicken tinga, which is chicken breasts braised in a blended sauce of tomatoes, mexican tomato sauce, a can of chipotles in adobo, chili powder, cumin, salt, paprika, onion, garlic and a pinch of sugar.i take the leftover liquid from that and use it as the soup base, thin it with a little plain chicken broth, then add back some chicken and the toppings - lime juice, cilantro, cheese, fried tortilla stripsthe sauce for tinga is similar to enchilada sauce so you could probably use that in your soup base.
>>22011064this
>>22011494>reusing tinga liquid That's actually clever. I make my tortilla soup base with chile ancho/pasilla
>>22011550I've never done it with ancho and pasilla but that sounds good.
>>22011494nicegracias
I slowboil chicken breast for hours with a chopped onion and spices, chili (lots), and pepper. Then pour it over some big scoops of cottage cheese. Incredible. and cheap.
