It's about to be summer which means pulled pork, which I love. But I always have way too much of it, it's impossible for me and the roomies to finish a batch of it before it goes bad and that's mostly because it gets tiresome eating sandwiches with it so much.
What do you guys do with your leftover pulled pork?

I’m sorry to hear that you have too much food. That must be really difficult for you.

Too much food not enough friends and family. I chose to live like a rat and it's backfiring.
>>
I freeze it and eat it over the course of like a month
but if I'm sick of pulled pork sandwiches I'll make enchiladas with it or throw some spices into it and have it in a pita with some feta

just freeze it brother

We have a special technology here in the US called “refrigeration.” By storing food in cold temperatures, we can extend the shelf life by months. In fact, with a freezer (a refrigeration device that stores food in temperatures below freezing point), certain foods can last years!

How big of a batch are you making?
Or, how small are you and your roommates?

Based on OP’s writing style, I assume he’s about 100lbs and his “roommates” are cats

The ones I get from the local place are like 4 pounds or so, maybe a little more or less. We're three large men who work physical jobs but they both are picky about eating leftovers which leaves me trying to finish most of it.

I make pulled pork pasta (tomato or rosé-sauce and mix in the pork) and throw some cheese (parmesan or pecorino) in it.

>summer means pulled pork
i don't understand this because i live in texas.

I like pulled pork but I hate how it makes my whole apartment smell like sweaty lard for days after making it.

I bet you understand gay pride marches then.

I freeze it in a thin layer of mojo marinade, if you have a vacuum sealer even better, but put it in a further freezer ziplock. then when I'm hungry you can ship it to me safely
>>
You can ask the butcher to cut a pork butt in half for you

Any opportunity for a fourth large man to join your party mansion? I'm a dude whose in good shape.
Can also help you deal with your pulled pork problem.

Freeze it, what the heck
