Went out on with the wife on Tuesday because fuck going out today. That was okay, Italian, chicken parm, she was happy enough. Tonight I grilled filet (salted it about 2pm., let it sit there dry brining till about 7), with it we had risotto and grilled asparagus. Nailed it, that shit was cash. The kids ate just steak and bread because they're little heathens, but it got the mom seal of approval.

my mom and I baked sourdough bread this morning and then we went to a brunch buffet. it was ok, the potatoes were really good but the scrambled eggs were wet and the bloody mary was very boring and didn't taste right.
