Is kefir good?

not into the plain kind. i do like the flavored ones though. almost too sour tbdesu and i might even add a little sugar.
>>22016071be aware that homemade kefir can be mildly alcoholic at like 1/2% and if you drink a quart of it which is entirely possible, it would have more alcohol than a shot of vodka. if you want to avoid alcohol entirely you shouldn't make home made kefir as all of it will be alcoholic to a degree.
I'm confused about what kefir is supposed to taste likeI've tried a few brands and most of them just taste like slightly fizzy slightly sour milk but then one brand was very fizzy and funky
