Let's start a soup thread. This is a fish soup I made
>>22016915I'm not huge on seafood but that looks really good. What's the cheese on the toast?
>>22016935It's pretty generic hard cream cheese. Like edam but fattier. Bread is rye bread
>>22016948Nice I would eat the hell out of your soup and toast
Ham steak n noodle with a lot of basil and oregano. Used chicken stock that was homemade.
>>220169692/2. Chicken garlic noodle n potato with dried chili and basil from my garden. Again with homemade chicken stock. Great soup to have if your sick.
>>22016969>>22016975Looks good. I never actually made chicken noodle soup. Probably should some day
>>22016915i was low on ingredients so i made a soup with onion, garlic, tomato, lentils and potato cooked in beef broth. also seasonings. it was ok
Upgraded instant ramen with miso
>>22016915Seen that before, it's swedish salmon soup right? It always looked really good in pics but I've never tried it. Would definitely have a bowl of yours, anon
>>22017657It's considered Finnish, but I'm sure also all of the Scandinavian countries have their version of a cream based fish soup as well. You should try it, it's delicious. I make mine with hot-smoked salmon, the skin makes a great broth
I made this soup outta leftover ingredients serrano, garlic, shallot, onion, red pepper, adobo chiles, roasted chicken, chicken stock, and pan drippings from chicken.
>>22017715froze it for later
I want to try making lettuce soup apparently emeril has a good recipe for it. I've been mostly making egg drop (sometimes loaded with tomatoes onions and mushrooms) and broccoli soup (I cheat and use bear creek as a base)
>>22017720serve like this
>>22016948Real rye or rye-style? Even at the "nice" supermarkets I've never found real rye - at best it's mostly wheat with some rye mixed in.
>>22017764I live in Finland so real rye. Although this particular bread probably has 30-40% wheat.
>>22017721Interesting recipe, never heard of a lettuce soup. Probably tastes good
>>22017715>>22017720Fug that looks so good
>>22017691Going to have to, thanks for the tip about the skin
>>22017849Based. I hate soup, it reminds me of poor people. Gross.
>>22017849Look at this wimpy ass image that looks like it came from 2009 FacebookShit meme>>22018079Then go to one of the fast food threads, cumchugger. This is the soup thread
Cabbage soup
>>22017849Based but also not based
>>22017849 >water food yes it will make you feel full with less effort fucking fatass
I hate soup. It's a scam. All it is is salty flavored water with waterlogged food scraps. It is the most poverty food of all the poverty foods. Stews and chowders are ok though, just not soup.
>>22017648Is there an egg yolk in there? That's based as fuck
>>22017722Looks great, absolutely would. >>22016915Same here, I fucking love seafood.
