Anyone else developed lactose intolerance once theyre hitting 25?
I used to drink milk everyday and everything was fine, no diarhea.
Nowadays whenever I drink milk Im guaranteed to shit 12 hours later.

I've always been lactose intolerant, but I didn't realize it until adulthood. Now I just drink lactose free milk.

if you stopped drinking milk for a while then started again it could just be that your gut needs time to adjust. you can start with a small amount of milk for a few days and slowly increase and it might become tolerable again.
>>
You need to invest in your gut biome. Too much alcohol or a heavy antibiotic regimen has fucked up your gut bacteria and it needs to be restored.

U need to lick the anus of a lactose tolerant person and his milk tolerant bacteria will transfer to u

What if you had your appendix removed?
how to compensate for that?

I've never liked milk so I can't say. But at the same age I started getting insane heartburn. I grew up eating spicy stuff all the time and loved it. Now I can't even eat a slice of pepperoni pizza or a peanut butter and jelly or a glass of iced tea without getting heartburn.

I think it happens when you don't drink milk for several years. Your gut needs to get used to it again. If you randomly eat a giant 0.5L milk muesli out of nowhere, after avoiding milk since childhood, you'll get the shits.
Just ease your way back into it.

Oat milk is better anyway. Tastes better and unopened it stays good forever. The one case where the vegan option is superior.

nah, some are good as alternatives sometimes but none are better overall

oat milk is horrible. it's actually the worst plant milk and it's not even close.

appendix surgery
they always give you shitloads of antibiotics after (and probiotics after that)
I also lost the ability to drink milk recently, even lactose free. I get horrible eczema and skin-peeling on my face

the lining of your small intestine produces the enzyme to digest lactose, your gut bacteria won't really digest much. if you try small amounts of milk and work your way up to full glasses and still have problems then just have lactose free milk. or you can do yogurt/kefir/buttermilk if it's unpasteurized because it contains a higher amount of lactose digesting bacteria and enzymes that can actually help you digest it unlike what your gut could handle on its own, but it won't help you permanently, just when you consume those things.

Oat milk is the least healthy milk alternative, sweetened and unsweetened, but damn does it taste good. Almond milks all have seed oils like picrel. Sunflower lecithin is oil.

>12 hours later
that's not lactose intolerance
>>
>>22017286
yeah
its natural for us whites
at least we've got 25 good years out of it

I developed milk sensitivity after moving from south america to europe. In my home country I could drink milk normally but here it gives me gas and liquid diarrhea 30 minutes after having it or dairy products like yogurt. Even lactose free cow's milk fucks me up here, so I'm sticking to vegan milk. Is there any real difference in the milk here like the proteins or something? Given lactose free milk makes no difference?
>>
>>22017286
>guaranteed to shit 12 hours later.
that is normal
>>
>>22017864
Some people claim to be sensitive to A1 type protein that comes from certain breeds of cows. I don't know what you were having before and now to tell you that's what it is though. If you can't find A2 branded milk or figure out what type of milk you have available then if you can find goat milk that's A2 and you could test with that.

Are you drinking more of it now? Lactose intolerant people can handle smaller amounts sometimes but increasing intake will make symptoms appear.

>its natural for us whites
but whites are one of the only races that can drink milk for our whole lives
>>

>Nowadays whenever I drink milk Im guaranteed to shit 12 hours later.
>eat food
>have to shit
what the fuck? i didn't sign up for this

op probably means diarrhea. shitting out something that you consumed just 12 hours ago usually means there's a problem.
>>
>>22017286
the two guys I know whom this happened to are Korean
so OP must be Korean
