i didnt take a pic but i had some leftover chicken thighs so this morning i had an english muffin chicken sandwich. for the spread i used greek yogurt mixed with hot sauce, black pepper and paprika.it was pretty damned tasty for a simple little sandwichwhat have you guys made?
