I am a stupid retard allergic to dairy. Will goat milk or goat cheese set off my defective allergic response? If not, are there any better alternatives? I'm tired of eating whipped salted veggie oil and never knowing the real thing.

If you have a true allergy then it'll probably still cause problems. If you only have digestive issues then it might be okay.

Clarified butter/ghee could be safe if it was filtered enough to remove all the protein but you may not be able to filter it to that extent if you make it yourself and will probably have to buy it premade. It could still be a little risky for a true allergy.

The answer is no.

It would be extremely painful.

You don't know until you tried.
Depends on what you are allergic to. The casein? Which part of the casein? Goat casein is not the same one as cow one but still they are all pretty close. So may, may not. Or is it some other part of milk? Then again, might, might not.
No other way than to try.

Almond milk (almonds soaked in water) has been a substitute during Lent in southern Europe since Medieval times. You can find recipes as early as Apicius, De Re Coquinara, 5th century AD.

I hate the whole "milk" marketing bullshit when it's just water. Almond water is legit though. Just make your own, don't buy from the supermarket.
