Red Braised Pork Belly, ended up pretty good for someone who usually doesn't cook anything more complicated than scrambled eggs, I'd say. Had to substitute the rock sugar and shaoxing wine for normal brown sugar and junmai. Substituted the bay leaves for random leaves from my hedge because I don't respect bay leaves.
