Lamb, chicken and salmon cooked at medium low heat on a Weber charcoal grill. Also add sweet potatoes around the outer edge of grill and let them cook for a good 30 to 60 minutes. We will also cook burgers and dogs when we are lazy or in a rush.
Hot dogs must only ever be served in proper top-sliced hot dog buns. Serving a hot dog in an un-toasted raw side-sliced bun is a crime against humanity. The entire point of the hot dog bun, the top sliced bun with granular exposed sides, is to allow for side toasting. It appears most Americans outside of the northeast eat their hot dogs in raw uncooked side-sliced buns, which is an absolute travesty, and no wonder most people don’t care much for hot dogs. You’re doing it wrong!
