>>22024918the best part is how ridiculously easy it is. just pick literally any meat, any vegetables you have on hand, toss them in a pot with a bunch of spices (for me, smoked paprika and garlic powder are a must), cover it and toss it in the oven for a few hours.

>>22025028It's the same thing, I just changed the bread to loaf. White bread seems to cause some inflammation in my body though. Only getting the brown whole wheat one from now on.
