Kale is actually a fucking magic vegetable.I blended up some kale, lemongrass, roast garlic, and parmesan cheese into a pasta sauce, and it actually tasted great. Why is kale so stigmatised? All those health nuts that were pushing it were right this whole time. I tried some raw and it was also totally fine, so it's not just my god-blessed cooking skills making it seem better than it is.
>>22024035it can taste absolutely horrid if you dont prepate it well. put raw kale on a burger once and it was absolutely dreadful. And I am not a kale hater, like kale whim in a salad or soap.
>>22024035the stigma is pushback from people like you. it’s solid nutritionally but not the superfood that some claim it is. it’s also the antithesis of those “I don’t eat rabbit food” retards
>>22024035I chop it up and put it in soups and let it cook down...you can barely tell it's there and I get all the vitamins
There's only one way to eat it.
>>22024035Its pretty bitter raw for a leafy green. It also used to be purely plate-decoration-tier and wasn't seen as particularly edible until relatively recently
>>22024035>Why is kale so stigmatised?tastes bad.
I like to bake/airfry Kale for a snack or add it to soup with sausage. I can do it steamed, or raw in small doses on salad but raw tickles your throat like pubes
>>22024035Anything can be good if you blend it into a garlic sauce so you can’t taste it
For me it's kale chips, roasting removes the bitterness of kale and they do well with all kinds of seasonings
>>22024035Problem with kale is it's either god tier or dogshit. If it gets one second too old, it's yellow rancid icky filth with the taste of dumpster oil.
>>22024035>eating raw kaleenjoy your kidney stones anon p.s. you don't even absorb the nutrients this way
>>22024440Proofs? I like raw kale as a salad green but it takes some processing. You have to cut out the tough ribs, dice the leaves into small pieces, salt them, massage the salt into the leaves, let it sit for a while, squeeze the salty water out, and finally squeeze a bunch of lemon juice on the leaves. Then it's ready for salad.
>>22024420Had some roasted kale with supper earlier. Dunno how I'd do without it.
>>22024035It's rough and bitter. No thanks.
