Most other fast food places try to do bare minimum staff and it’s obviously shitty working there, chik fil kids always look like they’re having a good time because there’s plenty of people to handle the volume

It doesn't hurt that they're closed on Sundays so even if you're hurting for staff and things are kind of shitty you reliably have Sunday off every week. I've had long periods where I worked every day and it absolutely fucks you up, which is worthwhile for petroleum job money but not service industry money. I'll never work a 24/7 place again.
