You gave it a good try op but putting the cheese underneath the meat is amateur hour shit. Heat travels upwards so the cheese won't melt as fast, if at all if you place it underneath the meat. Also it looks like you didnt take the cheese out of the fridge in advance which you really should do, so it has time to come up to room temp while you are doing the rest of your prep
