I like hoisin but can never think of it without remembering an ex girlfriend's dad who was a raging alcoholic and every day would either order pizza or kfc and slather it in hoisin. He loved that shit. Lived with him for half a year in between apartments and only ever saw him shower once for a job interview. Cool guy
