>>22026474Ignore that anon, they probably never cook anything.I'm not sure about your 'curry mix' the cinnamon is a bit odd and best reserved for other things. You do need coriander, fenugreek and chilli powder though, I'm sure you will find lots of recipes online for curry powder but keep experimenting.
>>22026424Worked at a 5 star hotel, they had a mix they called super seasoning. Salt white pepper and msg. I use it on everything and then whatever spices the recipe calls for. Only thing good that came from that job.
