What Spices do you use? Got any personal mixes? I made a Curry Powder with Cumin, Cinnamon, Tumeric and Old Bay

My food base is rice and beans, turkey and eggs, carrots and onions, just looking for spices to give it flavor for cheap so i can focus money on other things, trying to keep my diet simple, hearty and healthy, i get all my daily macros and vitamins so now its flavor without extra calories

I'm not sure about your 'curry mix' the cinnamon is a bit odd and best reserved for other things. You do need coriander, fenugreek and chilli powder though, I'm sure you will find lots of recipes online for curry powder but keep experimenting.

Worked at a 5 star hotel, they had a mix they called super seasoning. Salt white pepper and msg. I use it on everything and then whatever spices the recipe calls for. Only thing good that came from that job.
