>>22026692I always find it reminds me of lamb, so I use it quite similarly. It goes well with mint, fetta, salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Or instead with fresh coriander, lime, and smoked paprika. Use those spice combos to fry it up, make some baked veg and serve it with them and maybe your grain of choice and walla. Or in a sandwich with spinach, make it into a pastry or other baked good, in a pasta dish, whatever.

As a vegan I only eat wild caught kangaroo and fish. You are what you eat, and Im not a fucking farm animal. As for kangaroo meat, it is interchangeable with beef or lamb in most dishes. The best cuts can be eaten as steak, medium rare and bleeding on the plate with only salt and pepper for seasoning.
