Klamata olive is my favorite

Also good. I had pink olives once at a Cypriot restaurant. When I asked the owner about them, he said they're a variant of kalamata if they're from Greece or beldi if from Turkey but he didn't know precisely which ones he served that night since the chef does the buying but he could ask, if I want. I said that it was fine and I'll just keep an eye out for them.
I've never seen them since.
There were also these almost perfectly spherical green olives the size of apricots with practically no stone. I didn't ask about them so as to not be a bother and they, too, haven't been seen by my eyes since, not even online. At least pink beldi, I can find pictures of since I know the name but these edible golfballs masquerading as olives I've not seen again.

And you couldn't even eat them. The town my family's summerhouse is in is on the Tyrrhenian coast. The house is a short walk to the beach. And there's a sports club available, too, if you'd prefer to play tennis rather than swim in crystal clear Mediterranean water.
But the town is lined with olive trees and nobody bothers harvesting them for some reason. I asked once, as a kid, why nobody cares about all the olives and was told that it's because they require more work than people on holiday are willing to put in. So there you go.

You can't just eat them off the tree is why.

You have to cure them, which takes like a month at the minimum, for them to not taste like bitter shit.

People aren't typically on holiday in the same place for a whole month and even when they are they don't typically bring the necessary tools for curing olives on their vacations.
