>>22029201It only works if you mark up like 5x your margins otherwise you never make enough money to catch up to the effort/time you put in. Somehow my gf manages to sell pies by order and is making a bit of money doing it. In NYC you can get away with insane mark ups and no o e bats an eye so long as it looks high end and comes with a story
