It's downright impossible to find a fast food place that doesn't run any meal worth a damn less than 12 fucking dollars. It wasn't that long ago where average large combos were like 7 dollars. The prices have ballooned at a rate that outpaces inflation by 60-100% for some places. It's so bad the prices are downright competing with sit-in restaurants now.

You just gotta take advantage of offers and stack them. Then at the end whip out your free Frosty keytag.
>>22042036Don’t use the cuck apps for deals, just stop buying fast food
>>22042036Trump increased the money supply by like 25% in 2020 and voters rewarded him for it so you're getting exactly what you asked for

As my career outpaced the price increase, so to did my taste and I will only get this stuff every once in a while as a shitty indulgence.
>>22042036>sit in restaurant
>>22042036Where have you been for the past 5 years? If you are only just noticing you obviously dont eat fast food ever. In which case continue nit eating fast food, it sucks. Its selling point used to be itvwas shit but cheap. Now its expensive shit. Go buy ingredients and cook for yourself.

Inflation, meat companies and suppliers charging up the ass, tariffs on non-us grown produce, and minimum wage hikes in California.

>>22042036I got a double quarter pounder meal at mc dicks the other day for like $12. I think they're the cheapest fast food somehow.
minimum wage increases, high-school dropouts want $25 an hour to flip burgers
>>22042036A double Baconator is under $9 at Wendy's, including tax.
>>22042036i almost never go to fast food places these days but whenever I do, I don't bother ordering a 'meal'. I just get 2 basic cheeseburgers, no drink (i usually my own bottle of water with me at all times). A single cheeseburger is like 2.50 so it costs me 5 bucks and is enough to fill my stomach.
>>22042036the wendy's "meal deal" is still $6 near me with the double stack, fries, 4 nuggies, and a beverage. 50 cents to make the fries a medium.
>>22042036Dont bother complaining now its going to get a lot worse over the summer
