So do i. Those are marzipan. Had some eggwhites left from the crème anglaise and decided to make marzipan instead of the usual macarons.

If anon is talking about the velvet flocking you can buy ready made spray cans. I use a paint gun. If you make a shit ton you the best is the air brush type.
