bacon, onion, kale
Corn is done and lightly buttered/salted
My homemade garlic pickled green beans are delicious
Onions and those fancy mushrooms. The store had them labeled 'trumpet' but they don't look like the trumpets I've worked with before.
A fine meal.
Jalapeno cheddar roll from the bakery. These freeze really well for a couple weeks. I don't eat bread every day so I just partially thaw one out and saw it in half when I need one.
Trying out this new cheese I got.
Golden brown from the butter, topped with some cheese.
Mayonnaise and Inglehoffer stone ground mustard.
Beef bologna and honey ham next.
Italian dry salami, sliced avocado, everything seasoning
Served with the garlic pickled green beans.

Chops
Onions and seasoned chicken breast
sliced cheddar bratwurst
Cooking it all down for a bit
Here's that pesto. I'd have never used it all just around the house. I only want pesto a couple times a year really.
That's the heavy cream right there. Very thick.
I order this by the wedge but they substituted this. Which I'll never snack on.
This came together really nicely.
And a tri-tip steak too
That's a nice crust seared on there I think
Mushrooms and teriyaki sauce
This looks a little awkward in a deep Tupperware, but I'll plate it up for him at his house.
Plus the corn on the cob and the kale from last night. Time to deliver.
>>22090040>>22090041that looka bretty good
I may as well cook up the rest of the meat I’d prepped.
I’m really loving this huge pan.
filthy stove, filthy person
>>22090112What the fuck, man?lolYour negative comment is totally unnecessary and inapplicable to me. I hope you find some happiness soon. Cook yourself something nice that you learned from my threads. Glad to have helped you out.
>>22090162Is this your powerful protest, faggot?

Cool. The sooner the images are filled up the sooner we can have a brand new thread. Cooking threads are the best anyway, so thanks for the support, fans.

>>22090117>inapplicable to meI can see stove, it is flithy, you delusional man
>>22090220No you can't and no it isn't. I just cleaned it. You won't post your range because you don't have one. Your jealousy is pathetic.
Woke up a few hours early so I threw together some cream cheese blintzes for us, with a few substitutions for some things I didn't have. I knew I didn't have ricotta cheese so I went with just cream cheese in the filling and I cut the sweetness with cocoa powder. Thought I didn't have powdered sugar either so I made a quick caramel so the texture would stay smooth, then found the powdered sugar after I threw everything in the oven and felt silly. The crepes came out alright for not using the blender for mixing but my technique in stuffing and browning the outsides wasn't great so these were the better-looking ones dusted with the powdered sugar I found again.
>>22090419The other set that didn't look as nice, cut into to show the filling. The caramel and the cocoa powder gave it a browner color.Overall it was alright, I'm happy with how they turned out for the substitutions I had to make but they're not as good as a more classic recipe and they would have been a lot nicer if I had some fruit to cook down into a sauce or to lay fresh on the side.
>>22090712Glad someone else knows about sensible portions.
>>22089039shrooms, dudedude, shrooms
Bratwurst with Chinese hot mustard and that red sauce they give you for BBQ pork.
INUNDATED with oil

>>22091978Murder yourself, BMWkey incel.
This looks gross. It’s a cheddar bratwurst sliced and microwaved.
Chinese mustard and the red stuff again. I’m really getting into that hot mustard.
This one looks less awful. Tastes pretty good though.I’m not very motivated tonight.
>>22092461Weird how it curled up like a fleur-de-lis
>>22092674That was an unexpected bonus.
I made microwave space cake with this ground weed/everclear mulch leftover from a batch of tincture about six weeks ago.
It's perfectly preserved by the booze wrapped tight in the coffee filter in the ziplock with the air squeezed out.
A little less than 2 Tbsp
Tbsp of butter
Vanilla syrup and stevia powder
20 seconds in the microwave
Cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour
and a half teaspoon of baking powder
Stir
cake goes up
cake goes down
cake goes back upA real soufflé.
That's itVery strong
6 hours after the cake. Kirkland Signature frozen pizza. Remove peps.
Add mozzarella chunks
Add back their passable peps. And they don’t cheat you. Seems like enough.
But why not more?
Fancy mushroom
But wait, there’s more
And there could’ve been more yet. I have Italian sausage and salami, but let’s be reasonable here, shall we?
Then I added garlic and the last hunk of cheese that was too small to save.
In she goes. Foil laid down.
That’ll work
This pizza has been an all-timer.Just everything you could want from a pizza. At one point I briefly considered anchovies, but it seemed a bridge too far.
are you finally going to cook something GOOD for AMERICA'S BIRTHDAY?
>>22093206Nope.
>>22093657meat should not be this color
>>22093663I seasoned it four days ago. Of course it should be that color. Haha
Smoothie with frozen strawberries, cream, almond milk
Peaches
Mayonnaise and horseradish on the bottom, Chinese catsup sauce on the top.
>>22093699Nice, gonna have hotdogs too?
There’s yer fuckin’ double burger.
>>22093701I have them if anyone wants. Steaks are next.
Fun fact: I have never taken a bite of watermelon in my life and have no desire to ever do so. The odor of all melons nauseates me.
>>22093677it still should not be this color
>>22089039I don't have pictures but I have this big ass ball jar I used to keep my weed in, it can hold about 5-6 ounces if it's loosely groundSo anyway I don't smoke anymore and I use it now for pickles. 3 English cucumbersSome fucking dill, the second best smelling thing in the world next to lemon zest. Some salt and pepper. Cut them into tiny 3mm slices, season with crushed dill salt and pepper, 50% white vinegar 50% boiling hot water. These hit the sour notes and taste great on shit like shawarma
>>22092838I do this but I add the bridgford Pepperonis fresh bell peppers and mushrooms. You can turn a shitty $3 Jack's pizza into a $10 gourmet yummy yum yum
Son of a bitch! You can see the bubbles in there. I opened it and -chiff- the air came rushing out. Fermentation. And I don’t know why. I mixed two stable things together; the picante sauce and the hatch chiles. The chiles are clearly still fine. I have a fresh hot Pace in the cupboard, but I was enjoying my mix.Guess I’ll have to mix it to order. But now I want some Mexican food so I just ordered a bunch from the neighborhood cantina.
I find this disgusting.
>>22093793Sounds good, do you let it rest a while before eating any?
Hell yes. The whole restaurant was cheering on Mexico, who was losing their soccer match 3 to 1 when I was there.
Chips are still warm.

>>22095326Whole lotta projecting there buddy. You should learn to be more secure in your masculinity.
>>22095643You should learn to be in any way masculine. Lose the cat.
>>22095186You'd be right honestly, I made it work with what I had on hand for the impulse but it if I had the ricotta cheese on hand I'd have just made them traditionally and had a better product in the end.I enjoy chocolate in things myself but it was not as good, the classic recipe is a classic for a reason lmao. Made for a nice learning experience and the final product was still pretty good so I'm still happy I took the time that morning. Next time I just bite the bullet and do a quick homemade ricotta cheese with milk and lemon juice while the batter rests.>>22095196I just looked up "home cooking" in the catalog and figured this was the place to post home cooked things because I didn't want to make a whole new thread for just two pictures. The thread title is "Home Cooking Thread", not "only my cooking from home nobody else post here". What's the problem man?
Omelette tortilla
Amazing deal on ribeye steaks tonight.2 for the freezer and one for this week.Still have NY strips seasoned and ready.
Gorgeous huge Brussels sprouts
Might be good
Haven’t had this in a while.
Rockit, Rockit, all of my Rockit sauceAll of my fucking Rockit sauce all of my rockit sauce hey
Caesar to go with the spaghetti project
Nice sturdy scallions
>Beef really shouldn’t be this color. OP with the rotten meat again.
>>22096255no this one is fine, see how it’s not brown?
Hijacking OP's thread, hope he doesn't mind.Roasted some chicken today with the following marinade:>plain yogurt>olive oil>worcerstershire sauce>fresh zest of 2 small mandarins>2x dried california chiles blended into powder>dried hatch chile>sumac>roasted dried coriander>cumin>black pepper>turmeric>nutmegIt came out pretty soft, but the flavor was less distinct than I wanted it to be. Marinaded for about 4 hours before cooking, roasted on a wire rack above a glass pan at 400F until it hit 165F internal. Any tips on making the flavor carry better when marinading? I did a version of this last week with lemon juice instead of yogurt and just coated the meat and cooked it instead of marinading and it had a stronger flavor even if the texture wasn't as soft as this. Should I add some kind of citrus juice partway through the marinade?
>>22096286It hasn't been seasoned yet. I'll show it to you in two hours and you can tell me that it's ruined because it's no longer bright red. You IGNORANT FUCKING TROLL.
>>22096083Looks very flavorful >>22096085Nice, do you cook it until it’s crispy?>>22096237Wow $9 a pound is a good price>>22096302I’m a marinadelet but yogurt makes seasoning taste less powerful to me
>>22096334>fell asleep and let the meat spoil again
Made some chocolate chip muffins. Using half maize flour instead of just self raising flour. Didn't have chocolate chips so I just diced some chocolate melts, and put one on top as well.Very nice and soft.
And it's already rotted through. The color has changed and rendered it inedible.
This mushroom dried out a little but it's still going to be good.
Last minute scallions
Last minute ginger
teriyaki sauce
I realized I had planned to have a bleu cheese sauce with this but I'll do that tomorrow
Not bad for an $11 steak. Cooked seemingly too long, but this is the outside. The center where the fat is will be Matrix perfect.
I'm only going to eat half of it with some kimchi. It's late.
Check out this tiny apple. That's all folks.
