Today's lunch/dinner. Hoy Tod. I was really set aback by all the bean sprouts and I thought it was just gonna be gross filler. Upon the first bite....it was the most tastiest pockets of aqua flavour I have ever tried! There is a bit of a seared to bite and a nice crunch as expected. The fired mussels themselves are a bit of a disappointment. Muscles are so good, especially in pasta, but these are just so small and lame. Mostly just batter. Whatevs. Still tasty. What is a Thai food you would recommend?
